I am so sorry for your loss. I also am a widow, for 24 years now. I hope you receive my note because my mouth dropped open when I read your husband’s obit and I think you will see why. My name is Sandra (Buck) Palmer and my deceased husband’s name was Philip Winfield Palmer.Your husband’s birthdate is the same as my daughter-in-law, Veronica Palmer. I knew of only one other Sandra Palmer who, I believe, was a court recorder. My father-in-law, Frank Palmer, was a New Yorker who came to Little Rock on a job and while here married Evelyn Smith. Anyway there were just so many ironies I felt I wanted to let you know. My granddaughter, Eva Palmer is a senior at St. Joseph there in Conway. I live in Little Rock on Hwy. 10. May God bless you and get you through the difficult days ahead for you.
