My sympathies for the family. Brian was a good individual always wanting to help others. He powered through his struggles to always be a light to his family and friends. He loved his family, his friends and his country. We shared our veteran stories and many weekends raising money. Brian will be missed. Wishing peace for all.

It’s hard to express words at this time. Kera, Jacob, and family, I will always treasure the many years of being Brian’s (and James’, and Ms. Wilma’s) neighbor/extended family. I have years of wonderful memories of such fun times, parties and holidays we all had together. God bless you all.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! We are so sorry for your loss.
    And a little anonymous quote:
“When tomorrow starts without me, please try to understand. That an angel came and called my name and took me by the hand; The angel said my place was ready, In Heaven far above,And that I’d have to leave behind all those I dearly love. But when I walked through Heaven’s Gate, I felt so much at home, for God looked down and smiled at me, And told me “Welcome Home”
So when tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me, I’m right there in your heart.”

  • John Freeman Posted August 29, 2021 11:13 AM

Brian I miss you and often think of you and James and the time that we met. I am so sorry that your daughter and her family are homophobic. They should have added James to your obit because we on the other side of the isle understand how much you loved that man. You are in a better place now and don’t have to deal with the people that won’t take the time to understand and get to know the people on the other side of the isle. Love you greatly Brian
