Bill aka “Willy” and “Reverend” by his colleagues at ISO was one of the finest men I’ve ever met or worked with. He was loyal to his friends, quick to laugh at a joke or tell one and always ready to help when someone was in a jam.I met Bill in 1989 when the ISO/FEMA flood program was initiated and made friends with him immediately. We went through many tough work times throughout the years but had some great times too. The world is a far lesser place without the Rev. in it. RIP Willy, We’ll see you when we too cross the river.
