Ulys L. “Rudy” Bell III, age 67, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on June 30, 2024. He was born in Torrance, California on August 5, 1956 to parents Ulys L. Bell Jr. and Mary (Barnett) Bell who preceded him in death. Ulys is also preceded in death by his brother Gary Bell.
Ulys worked for Jacksonville Auto Salvage for almost 20 years. He loved fishing, working on cars, and especially enjoyed spending time with his family. Ulys was very close with his children and grandchildren and will be missed by all who knew him.
Ulys is survived by his three children Mary Bell, Lisa Toller, and Ulys Bell IV; his life partner Ann Bosley; two sisters Sandra Davison and Irene Bell; his close friend Devon Powell; along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
