PROFESSIONAL SERVICES & FACILITIES
Minimum Services of Funeral Director and Staff – $600.00
Our charge includes funeral counseling, necessary arrangements, recording vital statistics, securing permits, filing and obtaining death certificates and other forms and claims, preparation of necessary notices, and coordination of service plans with parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased. This fee for our basic services and arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.
Embalming – $450.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. There will be an additional fee for embalming of autopsied cases and special organ donation.
Other Preparations of the Deceased – $100.00
Includes but not limited to, cosmetology, dressing and casketing, and preparation for an open casket viewing.
Facilities and Staff Services for Visitation – $250.00
For Visitation or Viewing at Our Facilities or your Church. The services of our staff necessary in coordination of the visitation or viewing, provide the necessary personnel to answer telephone inquiries, staff public functions, handle floral and memorial tributes, and all other duties of the staff necessary beyond the basic minimum services of the staff.
Facilities and Staff Services – $300.00
For Funeral Ceremony or Memorial service at Our Facilities or your Church. The services of our staff necessary in coordination of the visitation or viewing, provide the necessary personnel to answer telephone inquiries, staff public functions, handle floral and memorial tributes, and all other duties of the staff necessary beyond the basic minimum services of the staff.
Up to 50 miles. Additional mileage is $1.95 per mile by our staff. Other companies’ transport services will be based upon their charges.
Transfer of Deceased from location of death – $250.00
The care, removal and transport of the deceased to our facility.
Funeral Coach – $225.00
Use of hearse and staff member to transport casketed deceased or cremated remains to Church, Cemetery or other facility.
Service Vehicle – $125.00
Use of vehicle and staff member to transport flowers and equipment to Church, Cemetery or other facility.
TOTAL OF COMPONENTS – $2300.00
