Evan Jacobs, of Little Rock, Arkansas, born April 30, 1990, passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 35.
Evan lived a life defined by heart, humor, and authenticity. Known for his quick wit, larger-than-life presence, and unwavering loyalty to his loved ones, Evan made a lasting impact on all who crossed his path. Whether he was cheering from the rodeo stands or relaxing on the lake, Evan found joy in the freedom of open skies, muddy boots, and chosen family.
Evan is survived by his mother, Cristen Bell of Little Rock; father, Davie Jacobs of Little Rock; sisters, Mandy Reese and Madison Jacobs; and his adopted brother, Anthony Gerard. He also leaves behind his beloved dog and best friend, Tucker Wayne; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who became family.
He was preceded in death by his cherished sister, Lauren Adams, whose memory Evan carried with him always.
Special thanks are extended to Stephen Cupples, Chris Davis, Carl and Colten Kaplon, Aunt Rebekah Lindsey, Dr. Keith Hearnsberger, and Josh Mayville, whose love and support remained constant through all seasons of Evan’s life. His life was celebrated by a community of hundreds, stretching far beyond city lines and state borders—a true reflection of the love he gave and inspired.
Evan’s light will be remembered in every laugh, every sunset over the water, and every fearless step taken in boots that were never meant to sit still.

I was so very fortunate to meet Evan when I was a youth worker with the Methodist Church. He was a shy, but sweet bright light then, & his love for others was so evident! He had such a large group of special friends in this community, most of which continued to support him throughout his life, because of his love for them in return.
His hugs were enormous, & made you feel so very loved in every way! Evan/Chloe, I wish I had kept in touch with you more through the years. This World has lost someone special way too soon! Prayers to his family & closest friends.
Sorry for your family loss Prayers for the family 🙏🙏🙏
Evan was so kind and such a sweetheart. We went to cosmetology school together. I didn’t have a car, and he approached me to tell me he wanted to make sure that I got lunch every day. He was funny, warm, thoughtful and generous. He was an outstanding performer who put his all into everything. RIP, Jacob/Chloe. You are already very missed. Sending love to his mom, who he absolutely adored, and the rest of his family. All of my love.
Evan was one of the first friends I made in Little Rock. I will always remember him, he was one of the best people I’ve ever met.. Almost unbelievable . RIP Evan
