Crystal Janeen Lewis, 39, of Jacksonville, Arkansas departed this life on April 20, 2019. Crystal was born on February 24, 1980 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Lois Lewis and the late Willie Lewis, both of Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Visitation will be Friday, April 26, 2018, from 10 am – 12 noon at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 W. Main, Jacksonville, Arkansas. with memorial services beginning at 1:00 pm.
