Richard Taylor Fowler, 63, of Little Rock passed away October 24, 2020. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 26, 1956 to the late Jim and Barbara (Blounte) Fowler.

My cousin was always my hero. A United States Navy veteran. Loving,kind and strong.
He had a natural love for life and a wonderful sense of humor. Though many years passed since we had seen one another, he will live on in my heart. My condolences to his family and loved ones.
May his memory serve as a blessing to all who loved him.
