Anthony Van Riper, age 74, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away December 16, 2020. He was born in Chicago, IL August 7, 1946 to the late Gordon Anthony Van Riper and Betty Jean Smith-Van Riper.

He proudly served in the US Navy.
