Dustin Carl Burley, 39

Dustin Carl Burley, 39, of Dewitt, passed away November 15, 2021. He was born February 17, 1982 in Lake Village, Arkansas to Timmothy Burley and Janet Proctor-Reynolds.

Dustin graduated from Hermitage High School, worked at Lock and Dam, and then later worked at Cormier Rice Mill for 16 years. He enjoyed video gaming, cooking, and listening to and playing music. Dustin loved his children and spending time with them.

Dustin is preceded in death by his grandparents Herbert Proctor and Cecil and Geneva Burley; uncle James Proctor; cousin Amber Proctor; and niece Natilie Williams.

Dustin leaves behind his wife Tammie Burley; children Joseph, Joshua, Bethany, James, and DJ Burley; parents Janet Reynolds (Terry) and Timmothy Burley; grandmother Rachel Proctor; siblings Brian Burley, Jacob Burley, and Nakia Lovell; aunts and uncles Virginia Williams (JW), Esther Carver (Johnny), Joe Dale and Vickie Reynolds; and many other extended family, friends, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, November 22, 2021 at 11am at Hockenberry Cemetery, Off Tichnor Highway in Tichnor, Arkansas. Graveside Service will follow at 12pm.

    RIP Dustin! You will be missed by your family and friends very much! I remember my kids playing with you and Brian when y’all were kids! Many fond memories of when you all lived in Crossett!

    So sorry for the families loss of this young man. Due to the miles and states between us as an2nd Cousin we only met a couple times but my heart goes out to all of you as I know you all have a huge hole in your heart now. I will be lifting y’all up

    I’m so very sad about Dusty’s passing. I felt we had a special bond when we were children. I wish I had kept in better touch into adulthood. My heart and prayers go out to you. Love you all.
