Jessie Juanita Myer, 45, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021. She was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina to Richard and Kathy (Morgan) Webb.
She is preceded in death by her husband James Myer; and grandparents Lloyd and Jerry Webb, and Charles and Frances Elmore.
Jessie is survived by her children Xena Clark, Sabrina Clark, and Takota Myer; parents Richard and Kathy Webb; grandchildren Jazelyn Clark, Marianna Clark, Kabrianna Clark, Duece Franklin, and Eve Franklin; siblings Elizabeth Glossinger, and Rebecca Bond; nine nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
Jessie enjoyed drawing, writing, and being outside. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
