Sally Ann Phipps, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at the age of 66. She was born April 28, 1955 in Wabash, Arkansas.

Sally is preceded in death by her parents Harley and Mary Jenkins, ex-husband Walter Phipps, and son Walter Andrew Phipps.

She is survived by her children Stephanie Tompkins, Clayton Phipps, and stepson Kendal Phipps; grandchildren Hunter Phipps, Gracie Henderson, and Jason Tompkins; siblings Johnny Jenkins, Ronnie Jenkins, and Mildred Chansley; and many more family members and friends.

Sally loved playing computer games, watching movies, and spending time with her grandchildren.
