Thomas Evan Forte was born September 28, 1963 and passed away April 4, 2022. Tommy is survived by Dona Robinette (Mother). Tommy has two brothers, Joe and John Forte, and sister, Jill Wiles. Tommy was predeceased in death by Charles Forte (Earthly Father) and beloved Grandmother, Helen Pinkerton. Tommy was of the Christian faith. He loved old movies, retro television, mowing the lawn, his animals, and spending time with family and friends. He was blessed to have life-long friends Joey Brazil and Thomas Gibson. Tommy will never be replaced.
Special thanks to Dr. Rhonda Gentry of CARTI, Dr. Scott Marotti of Baptist Health, and the Winston Clinic, who by their sheer devotion gave us all an extra four years with Tommy.
