Betty Hux, age 76, of El Dorado, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2023. She was born on December 21, 1946 to James Kooms and Jewel Hughes.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers James Kooms JR and Jerry Kooms.

She leaves behind her son Clint Slaughter; grandchildren Wade Krell and Logan Krell; great-grandchildren Landen Krell, Jasper Krell, and Eva Krell; siblings Oscar Kooms, Pauline Goodwin, and Judy Koons; and many more friends and extended family.
