Steven Ray Hemphill, age 60, of Alexander, Arkansas passed away on June 22, 2023. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 30, 1962 to the late George L. Hemphill and Evelyn Ruth Hemphill.
He was preceded in death by his parents and step-brother Clinton Hemphill.
Steven is survived by his sisters Shirley Bouwknegt, Betty Kindrick (James) and Brenda Henson (David); Sheila Hemphill; cousins Ben Hemphill, George and Brenda Hemphill, Glenda West (Robert); nephew J.T. Graves along with many more extended family members and friends.
Steven had many friends and enjoyed life. He loved fishing and spending time in the outdoors. He was a contractor for many years. He will be missed by all that knew him.

He was a great man and I enjoy working for him and we had a lot of wonderful times together and I will miss him alot .I learn so much from him .
