John Daniel “Dan” Scherm Jr, age 71, of Stuttgart, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. He was born on December 8, 1951 to the late John Scherm SR and Margaret Huff Scherm.
Dan worked as a Diesel Farm Mechanic for many years. He enjoyed flying R/C planes, hunting, and fishing. He especially loved being outdoors.
In addition to his parents, Dan is preceded in death by his wife Betsy Scherm.
He leaves behind his daughter Jessica Scherm; grandchildren Daniel Scherm, Brayden Elliott, and Trey Elliott; siblings Kathy Pool (Danny), Pam Bevell (Eddie), Rod Scherm (Jody), Monica Shannahan (Albert), and Kenny Scherm (Cindy); and many more nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
