Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Larry Wayne Ryan, age 53

Larry Wayne Ryan was born on November 6, 1970, in Little Rock, Arkansas. When he was a few months old his parents moved back to Sacramento, California where he grew up. He graduated High School in 1988 and went on to play junior college football for Yuba College in Marysville, California.  He moved to Arkansas when he was 20 years old and made a home here.  He spent most of his adulthood doing automatic sprinkler fire protection work.  For the past few years, he worked with his friend building cabinets.  He enjoyed building and creating things with his hands.  He always joked that he never would get used to the Arkansas Humidity.  He was always the life of the party and loved to be sarcastic and tease people every chance he got.  He loved the Razorbacks and his favorite pro football team was the Dallas Cowboys.  Win or lose he was a die-hard fan of both.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, John Ryan and Theresa Crow Ryan. He passed away on June 13, 2024, in his home with both his children by his side. He was 53 years old.

He was a loving Father and grandfather.  He leaves behind his daughter Alexandra Manson, son-in-law Andrew Manson, granddaughters Brookelynn Ryan, Isabelle Ryan, and Scarlett Manson, son Dakota Ryan, and grandson Jaxon Ryan.  He also leaves behind his brother Patrick Ryan, his niece Julie Slayton, her husband Brandon, and their two children Andrew and Tristian, his nephew Paul Ryan, his wife Rio, and his daughter Juniper; and many more friends and extended family members.

His funeral will be held on June 21, 2024, at 3 pm at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, AR 72076.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at TC’s Midtown Bar & Grill, Conway AR at 11:00 am.

I love you my cousin Larry. Wish we’d have gotten to spend more time together over the years, but I’m grateful to have known you in the way that we did over the miles and those years. Rest easy, Larry…I know you’re with your mama, Aunt Theresa, again and that somehow comforts my soul xoxo.
