Mickey Gene Bearden, 75, peacefully passed away Monday, July 29, 2024 at Central Arkansas VA Hospital in Little Rock. He was born May 30, 1949 to the late Woodrow Bearden and Eloise Shelton Bearden.

Mickey joined the United States Army and fulfilled his service in Vietnam War. He worked many years as a carpenter, where he later retired. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, carpentry, gardening, and raising cattle.

Mickey is survived by two sons Casey Bearden (Jennifer) of Newport, Mickey Shane Bearden (Kim) of Oklahoma; two daughters Kambi Marie of Kansas, Stephanie Gail of Oklahoma; one brother Rickey Beaden of Heber; two sisters Sandy Jeffrey of Batesville, and Nancy Sherrel of Newark; along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Kyle Metcalf.

Per his wishes, Mickey will be cremated and laid to rest at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Newport, Arkansas at a later date.
