Ricky was born in Little Rock, AR on March 5, 1960 to James N and Dorothy Tubbs Chesney.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Donnie and Nornan Chesney, and both his paternal and maternal grandparents.

He is survived by one brother and two sisters and many nephews and nieces.  He is also survived by his girlfriend, Christi Thews.

Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
