Mary Elizabeth Myers, lovingly known as “Mawmaw,” passed away peacefully on September 12, 2025, at the age of 88.
Mary was born on January 20, 1937, in Humphrey, Arkansas, to Raymond and Florence Flynn. She was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and the heart of her family. Mary’s greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren, sharing her wisdom, laughter, and unconditional love with everyone around her.
She is survived by her sister Edith Scroggin, children: Don (Peanut)Myers, Trisha Jones, James (Porky) Myers (Jennifer), Mary (Janie) Brindley (Jeff), Ronny Myers (Elaine), Randy Myers (Tracy), Roger Reeves (Bliss), and Carlotta Seymour (Tim), as well as 57 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren who adored their Mawmaw.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband, James Myers, her grandson, Raymond Myers, and siblings Billy Flynn, Fred Flynn, Carroll Flynn, and Raymond Flynn.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 10:00am with funeral service starting at 11:00am in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville. Burial to follow at Flynn Cemetery in Humnoke, Arkansas.
