Ben Edward Williams, 74 of DeWitt passed away Monday, September 22, 2025. He was born on July 9th 1951 to Hubert and Evelyn Williams of DeWitt, Arkansas.

He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was passionate about cooking and enjoyed feeding others. He was a jack of all trades and always had a smile on his face. He never met a stranger and always had a story to tell. He was “Uncle Eddie or Big Eddie” to many and he wouldn’t have it any other way!

He was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Evelyn Williams, brother Doug Williams and Sister Brenda Williams.

He is survived by his niece Michelle (Scottie) Ponder, great niece Raven Harrison, great nephews Rustin (Jessica) Harrison-Ponder, Regan Ponder, and great great nephews Camden Harrison, Ian Harrison-Ponder and Owen Harrison-Ponder.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
