John Paul Golden, 71 of Pine Bluff departed this life September 24, 2025 at home.  He was a Christian attending New Life Church.  He was born December 26, 1953 to William Leftridge Golden and Dollie Alene Culligan Golden.

John was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Weldon Leftridge Golden, James Oliver Golden, William Wayne Golden, Ronald Rubin Golden and Charles Edward Golden; sisters Mary Francis Cooper and Jo Ann Reid.

Survivors include his wife of 14 years Brenda Bass Golden, Mother-in-law Thelma Bass.  Bonus kids Carrie Brock (Brian), Nina Durham (Alton), and Chad Lester (Nikki).  Sisters Alene Thompson, Pauline Davis, Cletis Cullins, Betty Robinson, Judy Hays and Brother-in-law Johnny Hays.  He is Uncle John to around 300 nephews and nieces.

Private graveside service is October 4 at 11 am at Gumgrove Cemetery at Kingsland.  Pastor Joseph Brown, Associate Pastor of New Life Church at Pine Bluff will officiate.
