Billie Wyvonne New, 90, of Jacksonville, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025. She was born in Star City, Arkansas on February 25, 1935, to Johnnie and Bessie “Ruth” Culpepper.

Billie is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 72 Years John New.

She is survived by her children Sharon (Sherry) Yeager, Roy New, Thomas (Tom) New, and James New; grandchildren Brandy L. Jones, Anna L. Stout, Kristen McFarland, Shelby Stout, Keri L. Mann, Jon E. New, Taylor A. Fijo, Griffin Stout, Timothy W. New, Jennifer Griffin New, Bentley Stout, Noah Stout, Shane Barstow, Jermi New, Cooper Stout, Shane New, Valerie Stratton, Stefani Stratton, Olivia McFarland, Gavynn New, Lorelei Stratton, Jax McFarland, Liam New, Julian Stratton, Tori Griffin, Luke Mann, Lindsey Griffin.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 10:00am with a funeral service following at 11:00am in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service with burial to follow at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
