Grover N. Bagwell Jr., age 65, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed away on September 27, 2025. He was born in Huntington Park, California on January 7, 1960 to Grover Bagwell Sr. and Betty June Williams Bagwell.

Grover was a good man. He never said no to anyone. He would give you the shirt off of his back if it were his last. He gave so much that he would do without just to make sure others had what they said they needed. He loved to be mowing the pasture with the tractor. If he wasn’t helping plant or move flowers, he was on that tractor mowing. His most prized blessing is none other than his baby sugar. She has been by his side through all of his trials and tribulations for the past almost decade. Grover loves to pick on any and everyone. If he were here right now, I can guarantee he would be picking on everyone.

Grover is preceded in death by his father Grover Bagwell Sr., mother Betty June Williams Bagwell, and sister Yvonne Bagwell.

He is survived by his brother Daniel Lee Bagwell (Regina); children Eugene Grainger, Nick, Courtney, Scottie, and Chris Bagwell; special family members Karlene Bagwell Browning (Billy), Shannon Williams (BJ Ballard), and Robert Criswell (Melisa).

A family hosted memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 11:00am at Smyrna Church located at 1675 Smyrna Rd, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086.
