Joyce D. Ball, 79, of Cabot, Arkansas, passed away on November 3, 2025.

To know Joyce was to never forget her. She was intelligent, strong-willed, and full of character. As her family often said, “God gives His toughest battles to His strongest soldiers,” and Joyce was certainly one of His strongest.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Lilly McCain; three of her children, Charles Ball, James R. Ball, and Gina Turner; and eleven siblings.

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Marlow of Jacksonville, Amanda Posey of Bakersfield, CA; grandchildren, Ireland Weaver and Layla Weaver, who cared for her towards the end, 6 additional grandchildren; and 7 siblings as well as numerous extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

Joyce will be remembered for her strength, intelligence, character and love for her family. Her presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A memorial service was held at Cabot Community Pond on November 9th, 2025 in her honor.
