
James Sydney Bunch, age 102, of Conway, AR passed away on March 10, 2026. He was born January 17, 1924, in Memphis, TN to Robert W Bunch and Paralee Ruth Foshee Bunch.
He graduated from Pensacola High School in Pensacola, Florda in May 1942. Immediately following his high school graduation, he was drafted into the US Army (June of 1942). He transferred to the Army Air Corp where he trained to be a pilot. He was commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant after completing his training. He was a WWII Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Robert Bunch JR and Eugene Bunch, one son Michael Bunch, and 1 daughter Joanne Bunch.
He is survived by his sister Carolyn Magness (Perry) of Magness, AR; two daughters Barbara Webb (Roy) of Matawan, NJ and Linda Bunch of Phoenix, AZ; one son Jimmy Bunch of Atlanta, GA; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Jim. He loved to tell a joke, Ruger will always remember him, and the stories he told.
