Mary L. Farris, age 82, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away on March 14, 2026. She was born in Hazelpark, Michigan on August 24, 1943 to Theodore Holeton and Gertrude Rogetzki Holeton.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents Theodore and Gertrude Holeton; three brothers Theodore Holeton Jr., Joseph Holeton, and Donald Holeton; and her husband Gene Farris.
She is survived by her children Pegie Gault, James Ayers, and Shannon Streetman; grandchildren Emily Poché, Shelly Poché, Zackary Poché, Simon Poché, Alecia Streetman, Nevaeh Streetman, Aiden Flick, and Alyssa Lee; siblings John Holeton, Carol Spencer, Ruth Pendergrast, and Laurie Poché; nieces and nephews Linda Spencer, Michael Spencer, Dennis Spencer, Mark Spencer, Theodore Holeton Jr., Daniel Armstrong, Michael Holeton, Nicole Holeton, Michelle Holeton, John Holeton Jr., Jody Holeton, Connie Fisher, Hallie Caster, Steven Holeton, Julie Holeton, Sara Pmerville, and Brian.

Ms.Mary was truly one of a kind. She was funny, a little spitfire, and always had the best stories to tell. It was an honor to care for her. I will always cherish the memories of bringing my boys to visit her and watching her light up. She will never be forgotten
