She is survived by brother Stan and wife Linda Townsend, sister Donna Seavers and husband Gary, all of Little Rock., she is also survived by sister Vicky Townsend of Cabot Arkansas, many nieces and nephews and friends.
Judy had a kind spirit and loved children. She had many nephews and nieces whom she cherished. She was an avid fan of the Yankees, old John Wayne movies and her daily soap operas. She seldom got angry but interfering with her soaps might arouse a little anger. Judy enjoyed the simple things of life and was always at ease with anyone she had the opportunity to visit.
The most important characteristic of Judy was her simplicity. That’s what made her and it’s what everyone loved about her. She will be truly missed.
The family would like to thank all her caregivers at Colonel Glenn Health and Rehabilitation, for their compassion and excellent care during her struggles with heart disease.
Judy was a life time member of New Haven Missionary Baptist Church and always loved listening to the carolers at Christmas as the hardships of health issues prevented her from being able to go to church.
Her family finds comfort in knowing today she can walk freely without the struggles of illness with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10:00am at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 AR-5, Alexander, Arkansas where she will rest next to her parents.
Memorials may be made to New Haven Missionary Baptist Church 19824 Lawson Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72210 and Pulaski County Humane Society, 14600 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock Arkansas 72210.

What I remember most about Judy was her love of animals, especially her cat Angel … a beautiful black and white cat that was just one of many that was lucky enough to have Judy as a caregiver. As stated, she was always happy! What a blessing to go through life being that happy and carefree, laughing at this crazy world we live in. Judy had a beautiful, happy heart. Blessings to those who cared for her as her health declined over the past few years and continued to make her life enjoyable. I know she will be missed by many and I pray that those who knew her and loved her will be comforted as they navigate this loss. Rest in Peace, Sweet Judy.
