Mary Frances Edwards peacefully passed away on May 18, 2026, at age 90.
She was preceded in death by her husband William (Dub) Edwards and her three sons, Douglas, Dennis, and Barry Edwards. Also, preceded in death by her four sisters and 5 brothers and by her parents Della Mae and Thomas Johnson.
Mary left behind a family that loved her and will miss her deeply. Her grandchildren Lisa, Michelle, Joey, Matthew, Heather, Caitlyn, and Kaitie. Also, her niece Rebecca Cain and a special great nephew Jason Cain and great niece Jessica Cain.
Mary was a member of Levy United Methodist Church, Sherwood Senior center, and was a beloved friend, wife, mother and housewife. She enjoyed playing bean bag baseball with senior citizens, visiting her friends and family. She will be remembered for her love of life, her smile and laughter.

Mary Edwards was my Grandmother , she had 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren , and 12 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death is my Grandfather William Henry Edwards , her sons William Douglas Edwards , Dennis Edwards , and Barry Edwards .
Memaw I loved spending time with you! And you were my go to on the phone all the way until a few months into moving to Kansas. I will forever miss you and think of you often. I will carry your love with me forever. I hope you are finally at peace now with our family. It’s gonna be hard for me here so yall watch over me please! I love you , your granddaughter Michelle
