Charlotte Marie Glenn was born in 1957 and passed away on May 20th, 2026, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Francis Maureen Hughes and Henry Harold Glenn.
She is survived by her daughter Sherry Paes and her grandson Seth Paes. She has 6 siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins who also continue her legacy.
She attended Bryant High School between 1972-74 National Park College Class of 1993 and University of Arkansas at Little Rock Class of 1997. She’d been retired for some time and had recently enjoyed spending time in nature with her little dog, Chloey. They would walk the national parks for hours collecting leaves, rocks, and little fairy goodies. Every little acorn, every little penny, and every flower found its way into her pocket if it was seen in her path. Her joy for gardening was always a talent. She loved the dirt of it. Her most extraordinary talent was finding joy in small things. She loved Christ our Lord, and she loved hearing of our God Heavenly God. Everywhere she went she wanted to spread smiles. Even if they were her own. She was known for her strong, independent nature and her giving heart; her will to keep at it and not give in. She taught her very daughter that same tenacity. She loved to dance to good music, and she would always find the time to dance. She mostly loved her space, her peace and quiet, her “Me Time”. She would recharge in her room of earthly wonders: rocks, crystals, leaves, twigs, plants and whatever she thought was cute and needed a home, she brought it.
The family would like peace at this time; thank you. To keep her memory alive, please make donations to the ASPCA in Charlotte’s name.
