Larene Grace, age 79, of Russellville, Arkansas passed away on June 13, 2026. She was born in Riverside, California on August 24, 1946 to Joseph Edmond Bruyneel and Vada Deane Bruyneel.

Larene is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Tom Bruyneel and Dennis Bruyneel.

She is survived by her children Travis and Jeannie Sago, Ginger Burgess, Kimberly Myers, and Marcus and Wendi Rush; grandchildren Travis Sebastian Sago, Eric Martin, Charles J Burgess, Steven Burgess, Jay Burgess, Dennis Burgess, Aaron Gilson, Jesse Rhoads, Krista Lindenberg, Shea Lindenberg, Rachel Dietz, Austin Dietz, Drake Ashton Rush; and 10 great-grandchildren with one on the way. She also leaves behind a host of extended family and friends including Wesley Grace, Gentiva Hospice, Jennifer Andrade, Verna Jones, Mark Kissinger, Jennifer Davis, Jodie Battles, Dorian Haddix, Brianna Rose, Chris Morrison, and Joan Frost.

Larene loved to tell stories and to follow her heart. She enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels from her window. Little House on the Prairie and Murder She Wrote were her favorite shows. She would not let you leave without giving her a hug, and she always had an imaginary wet noodle for anyone who tried to forget. Her most freely given advice was “fake it till you make it” and don’t you ever say goodbye. It was always see you later.
