Loran Lee Dillavou, age 81, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on July 3, 2026. He was born in Eldora, Iowa on June 9, 1945 to Earl Emmett Dillavou and Thelma Marrine Schuler.

Loran is preceded in death by his parents; his son Richard Lee Dillavou; siblings Christine Sams, Alan Dillavou, and Dennis Dillavou; and his beloved wife Sandra Dillavou.

He is survived by his daughter Monica Ann Sneed and her husband Jamie Sneed; granddaughters Andrea Penrod (Ryan) and Jenna Sneed-Eller (Aaron); great-grandchildren Jackson Lee Pendrod and Thea Lynn Penrod; three siblings Willis Sams, Bethel Peters, and Mary Downs; along with a host of extended family and friends.

Loran proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a wonderful husband, father, and Grandpapa. He and his wife, Sandra, did everything together. Even though it hurt to lose them both, it brings comfort to Loran’s family knowing that Sandra and Loran are still together even after death. They will both be missed dearly.
