Frank Jesse DeLeon, 68, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on July 8, 2026. He was born on July 14, 1957 in Abeline, Texas to Primitibo DeLeon and Olivia Sandavol DeLeon.

Frank Jesse DeLeon lived a full life. He was a hard worker and an honorable person. He loved spending time with his family, making knives, martial arts, and most of all time with his granddaughter, Rae. When Frank was around, you knew that you were safe and loved.

He is survived in death by his son Shane DeLeon, his granddaughter Raeleigh DeLeon, his brothers Joe DeLeon, Simon DeLeon, Johnny DeLeon, Pete DeLeon, Oscar DeLeon, and his sisters Flora DeLeon, Lena DeLeon and Mary De Leon.

Frank will be laid to rest between his father Primitibo DeLeon and Gilbert “Rocky” DeLeon.
