Sandra Kay Bailey, age 66, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on July 26, 2026. She was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas on February 24, 1960 to Chesley White and Laverne Adams.

Sandra was a loving wife and mother. She had a deep passion for gardening and a great love for flowers. Sandra spent her life devoted to her family, and she will be missed every day by those she leaves behind.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years Michael Bailey; one daughter Christine Sayre; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild; along with multiple siblings, extended family, and many friends.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents and one child.
