Danny Eugene Holland, 73, passed away on August 20, 2026, surrounded by his family and the love of those closest to him in his final days.

Born in French Camp, California, on July 28, 1953, Danny was the son of Dorthy and Eugene “Jr” Holland, both of whom preceded him in death. He was welcomed into Heaven by his oldest son, Justin Olin Holland.

Danny was a proud veteran of the United States Army, a service he carried with honor throughout his life. He was known for his strength, honesty, and straightforward nature. Though often tough and set in his ways, those closest to him knew his deep loyalty and the quiet care he showed his family.

He is survived by his son, Jayson Robert Holland and wife Chandra Holland; his grandchildren, Kandace Holland Mobley and husband Jeremiah Mobley, Justin Riley, Audrie, Lydia, Adalynn, Jaelynn, Brilynn, and Emilynn; and his great-grandchildren, Kingston, Delta, and Dallas.

He is also survived by his sisters, Betty Davis and Kay Tucker, and is reunited in passing with his sister Dottie Rathjen. Danny leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will remember his loyalty, humor, and strong presence.

Danny will be remembered for his devotion to his family and the pride he took in his sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

His watch here has ended, but his memory lives on in the family he loved.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 2:00pm with the funeral service at 3:00pm at Journey Church; 1559 AR-9 South, Perryville, Arkansas. Burial at Ragsdale Cemetery.
