Becky Lynn Southerland, age 70, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 25, 2026. She was born in Monroe, LA on February 18, 1956 to John O and Betty June Hennen, Jr.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother, John O Hennen III.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Randy Southerland; her son Paul Anthony Southerland; her daughter Amy Lynn Bullock (Allen); grandchildren Anthony Southerland (Kailey), Chase, Austin, and Dixie Bullock; great-grandchildren Kam, Paisley, and Bryleigh; sisters Cindy Egbert, Mickey Roper, and Susan Casteel (Alan); brother Tommy Hennen (Becky); honorary grandchildren Brooklyn and Randyn Watkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Becky Lynn had the gift of hospitality. Her and Randy’s house was often the gathering place of family and friends, and a countless number of people have placed their feet under her dining table. She was well known for her cookies, which she baked often and shared with everyone.

There will be a visitation at A Natural State Funeral Service on Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 6:00-8:00pm. Funeral service is on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10:00am at the Jacksonville Bible Missionary Church. Interment to follow at Johnson Cemetery, Jacksonville.
