Eva Diane Pankey, age 82, of Sheridan, Arkansas passed away on October 13, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She was born on July 17, 1944 and raised in Trumann, Arkansas.

Diane was a devoted wife and loving mother who treasured her family above all else. Her love for her family was at the heart of her life, and she will be remembered for the special place she held in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Diane was preceded in death by her mother, Eva Mae Conaster; her father, Granville Lyle Pankey; her son, Terry Lee Marshall; and her brother, Paul Pankey.

Diane is survived by her daughters, Teresa Suzette Sanders of Sheridan, Arkansas, and Lisa Diane Marshall of Trumann, Arkansas; her sister, Viola Ann Kirk of Trumann, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Greg Dobbs of Batesville, James (Candi) Dobbs of Sheridan, Brittany (David) Rosenbury of Valley View, Arkansas, Elezibeth Ryan Heavner, and Micheal Brandon Pankey of Brookland, Arkansas. She also leaves behind 17 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom were a precious part of her family and her legacy.

Diane’s love extended beyond her immediate family to her many cousins and loved ones. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. The memories she created and the love she shared will live on through the generations of her family.

In honoring Diane’s wishes, services will be private and held for family only. She will be laid to rest at Old Military Cemetery in Sedgwick, Arkansas.
