Debbie Lynn Dudley, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on October 16, 2026 at the age of 64. She was born on June 3, 1962 in North Little Rock.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Larry Dudley; her daughter, Rebecca Garrett; her father, Toby Lloyd Davis; her mother, Ruby Lee Mahan; and her sister, Janet Davis.
Debbie leaves behind her loving children, Coy Garrett (Tayler) and Rachel Mvugalo (Said); and her cherished grandchildren, Conner Dlugosh, Kamyah Jones, Emma Garrett, Amirah Mvugalo, Carsyn Garrett, and Malachi Mvugalo. She is also survived by her siblings, Randy Davis (Mary) and Gayla Davis, along with extended family members and loved ones who will continue to hold her memory close to their hearts.
Though Debbie’s passing leaves a void in the lives of those who loved her, the memories she leaves behind will remain a lasting part of her family’s story. May she be remembered with love, held close in the hearts of those she leaves behind, and forever cherished by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 1:00pm with funeral service at 2:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Debbie was a wonderful person inside and out. She was the least judgmental person I ever knew in my life. She would give to people when she didn’t even have it to give. She was the true meaning of a friend. I will definitely miss her. I love you Debbie fly hi my friend.
