Carol Ellien Randall, age 74, of Jacksonville, AR, lovingly known as “Nana,” entered her eternal home on October 11, 2026. She was born August 15, 1952 in New York, NY.
Carol found joy in the simple things in life, especially spending time with her family, visiting the beach, and caring for her beloved cats. Her love for animals was a reflection of her compassionate heart and the kindness she shared with those around her.
After 31 years of dedicated service to Jacksonville Water Works, Carol retired, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and commitment.
Carol was one of the most charismatic and animal-loving people you could ever meet. Her vibrant personality, warm heart, and unmistakable charm made her someone who was truly unforgettable. She had a special way of leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met, and her presence brought something unique and irreplaceable to the lives of those who knew and loved her.
Carol was preceded in death by her loving husband Gary “Buddy” Randall, her parents, Charles and Alice Nelson, and her older brother, Brian Nelson.
She leaves behind her loving daughter, Jenna (Derrick); her beloved granddaughters, Jaelyn (Garrett), Ava, and Aubree; her great-grandchildren, Hadlyn and Harvey; and her nephew, Brett, along with many other family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Though Carol’s time here has come to an end, the love she gave, the memories she created, and the lives she touched will live on forever. She was deeply loved and will be missed by many, but her spirit will remain in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her.
Forever remembered, and forever our Nana.
