Deborah Ann Silva, 62, of Conway passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2015. She was born on March 26, 1953 to the late Walter Lemuel Oxley and Beatrice Erna Long Oxley of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Deborah is survived her children, Monique Church, Matthew Silva and Martin Silva; sister, Terry Holcomb and two grandchildren.
