Boby Lee Starnes, 74, of Lonoke passed away on November 17, 2015. He was born on November 11, 1941 to the late Leroy and Johnie Starnes of Grenada Mississippi. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Winferd Conger Starnes.
Boby is survived by his children, Marc Starnes and Brenda of Mountain View, Eric Starnes of Lonoke, Roy Starnes of North Little Rock; eight grandchildren, Shelton, Shawn and Shane Starnes, Rebecca Starnes, Dean Michael Moore, Mitzi Lee Starnes, Eric John Wayne Starnes and Bobby Samuel Starnes.
