Jack Rodger Wade, 71, originally of Beebe passed away at Des Arc Nursing and Rehab on Saturday, November 7, 2015. He was born on April 23, 1944 to the late Gus Albert and Willma Wade of Multnomah County Oregon.
Jack proudly served his country in the United States Army.
