Carmen Leora Jones, 56, of Jacksonville passed away at home on February 1, 2016. She was born on January 21, 1960 in San Pablo California to the late Lloyd Lee and Rosalie (Smith) Kellems. Carmen is also preceded in death by her sister, Mary E. Roberts; brother, Lloyd Lee “Bubba” Kellems and grandmother, Carmen Gage.
She loved her hobbies of crafting, swimming and scrapbooking. But most of all she loved raising kids and her family. Carmen was of the Baptist Faith.
Carmen leaves behind her husband, Bruce Jones Sr.; children, Kimberly L. McGuire (Chip), Bruce Jones Jr. (Samantha), Jared Conner, Alex Roberts, Court Fiske, Mark Fiske, Jacob Fiske, and James Hunt; four grandchildren, Cadence L. Jones, Brooks A. Jones, Noah McGuire, and Isiah McGuire; four siblings, Carrie Kellems, Elizabeth Porter, Shanna Turner, Allen Kellems and Thomas Fields as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held at A Natural State Funeral Service Chapel on Friday, February 5th from noon until 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Ironton Cemetery in Little Rock.
