Derek Van Lee Stevens Jr., 26, of Jacksonville passed away on June 14, 2016. He was born on March 28, 1990 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Derek Van Lee Stevens Sr. and Verdie Mandrell. Van is preceded in death by his mother, Verdie and his wife, Allison Weimer.
He leaves behind his father, Derek Stevens and step-mother, Peggy Walker both of Jacksonville, Arkansas; two brothers, Michael Graham of Norman, Oklahoma and Richard Graham of Ft. Drum, New York; one sister, Brianna Morphew of Texas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 at A Natural State Funeral Service Chapel 2620 West Main Street Jacksonville, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel with interment to follow at Arkansas Memorial Gardens.
