Kevin Curtis Mallard, 57, Fort Smith passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016. He was born on September 24, 1958 in New Bern, North Carolina to the late Frank Curtis Mallard and late Catherine Frances Dixon.
Kevin is survived by two sisters, Mitzi Michelle Haynes and Desiree Mallard; two brothers, Roderick Keith Mallard and Richard Vincent Mallard and one daughter, Michelle Sombke Etter.
