Laurie C. Townsley, 47, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016. She was born March 21, 1969 in Memphis, Tennessee to Jack and Myra Broaddus. Laurie was a graduate of Jacksonville High School AKA always a Red Devil. She left this earth an angel. Laurie was a proud and devoted wife, loving mother and friend to everyone who she touched throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Broaddus. Laurie is survived by her husband Joe Townsley; son, Dalton Townsley; mother, Myra Broaddus; sister, Rhonda Anthony; step-mom, Sonya Broaddus, and a host of other family members and friend who will miss her caring and wonderful presence in their lives.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076 with burial to follow at Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Jacksonville. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6-8 pm on Friday evening December 9, 2016.
