Jewel Dean Reaves Kyzer, 72, of Jacksonville went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, February 20th. She was born July 28th, 1944 to Rev. Robert J. Reaves and Lillie Mae Reaves of England, AR. She loved her flowers and dolls, but most of all she loved her babies.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 7 brothers, and 4 sisters. She is survived by the love of her life, Bobby Kyzer; brothers Buddy Reaves and Alvin Reaves; sisters Dorothy Milam and Rachel Proctor; daughter Becky Scott (Elbert); sons Jeffery Williams (Taylor) and Chris Rice (Stephanie); chosen daughter Judy Willis; grandchildren Bert Scott (Tina), Nick Scott, Amanda Gatter (Matt), Jeremy Carr (Sarah), and Brianna Rice; great-grandchildren Abigaile Scott, Colin Gatter, Jordan Gatter, Anna Gatter, and Isaac Carr.
Funeral Services will be held at A Natural State Funeral Service 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076 on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 11:00 am with visitation from 10:00 – 11:00 am prior to the funeral. Burial will follow at King Cemetery in Cabot, Arkansas.
As much as she loved and gave to her babies, her love and kindness was felt by numerous other family members and friends. Nobody loves flowers more than she did, but she repeatedly asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to: St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 800-805-5856 Stjude.org

I am sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one to death is very hard. The Scriptures are truly strengthening and I hope that you will find comfort in the promise at Psalms 34:18 that Almighty God “…is close to the brokenhearted…” May you have the peace of The Comforter (2 Corinthians 1:3-4) to carry you through your heartache
