Kathy Jackson, age 53, of Conway, passed away on February 17, 2017. She was born to James L. Jackson and Ella B. Paige in Newport, Arkansas on September 5, 1963. She was preceded in death by four brothers, James L. Jackson, Jr., Barry Jackson, Charlie Jackson, and Isaac Jackson and her parents. She was of the Baptist faith.
Kathy is survived by three daughters, Katillia Jones of Higginson, Arkansas, Jalisa Jackson of Searcy, Arkansas, and Lashay Young of Searcy, Arkansas; one son, Carlton Jackson of Higginson, Arkansas; six sisters, Emma Jackson, Mary Walker, Rosetta Cubit, Martha Pryor, Mildred Brown, and Judy Jackson; four brothers, Jimmy Jackson, Billy Jackson, Bobby Jackson, and Lester Jackson; and two grandchildren, Na’Shawn Jackson and Malaya Jackson.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm at New Holly Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 501 Main Street, Augusta, Arkansas. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, February 25, at 1:00 pm at the church with Chester Gilmore officiating. Interment will follow at New Quiet Cemetery.
