Joy, my dear sweet Twinsie, my heart is heavy with your loss. Know that she is resting in the arms of our Master Creator and she is free from the bonds of this old cruel world. You were a wonderful and loving daughter who honored her life and I’m so thankful you were by her side as she slipped peacefully to the other side of the veil. That was her last gift to you! Treasure all the special times… they will become what sustains you in the future. I love you and it is my honor the be your friend. I’m here for you…God be with you and your family as you all go through this difficult time. My prayers are with you all.
So sorry to hear of Cathy’s passing. She was my cousin, from the Anglin family. I was surprised and saddened. Joy, you and your family are in my prayers.
I am Prissye, Priscilla Anglin Hankins Bean, your cousin on the Anglin side of the family. IWe all mourn with you in JoJo’s passing. She was our olderst cousin and growing up in England we were a very tight family and Aunt Nene and Uncle Rae’s beloved only child. But this I know, she is no longer suffering or on oxygen. And As Jesus came for her and took her away with Him (Absent from the body, present with The Lord) I can only imagine the celebration as she was welcomed to her heavenly home by the Angels and Famlies in Heaven. She will be missed by all who knew her sweet and comical spirit. Joy and Mac we grieve with you all and your family. She missed her 80th birthday here on this earth, I can only imagine the celebration she had in Heaven. So with all this know we your Anglin Cousins love you and your are all in our prayers. And as here days were already numbered they are now completed in the Lambs Book of Life.
Praying for you all at this difficult time. Mac and Joy, we remember your beautiful sweet mother and fun times at Aunt Nene and Uncle Rae’s. Love to you all.

Cathy and I became immediate friends when she and Oscar married and were coming to Panola Church. We instantly shared that bond and talked by phone occasionally as she and I felt like it we both had similar sickness. I loved her with all my heart and look forward to seeing her again. For Oscar and. Her children and rest of family I am so sorry for the loss of this beautiful lady. Jim and our love to you
I already tried to post but I was telling Oscar and Kathy’s family how much I
Loved her. We had an instant friendship when she and Oscar married and were coming to Panola church. We would talk on the phone when we could. Both of us had been sick for couple of years off and on. So sorry for the classy sweet lady that went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. Jim and my love to you
Cathy Jo was a beautiful person inside and out. She was so much fun to be around. I’m so grateful that we got to reconnect a couple of years ago with our ” cousin ” reunion and that Joye was there as well. To Joye and Mac and family, I’m so sorry for your loss.
So very sorry for your loss. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
Brother Oscar, and family:The officers and members of Sylvan Hills Masonic Lodge extend our deepest sympathy. May the peace of the Lord be with you.
Mac and Joy, so sorry to hear about your loss. Your mother was the epitome of a true Southern lady—always, poised, gracious and kind. I have such fond memories of traveling with her to Beta convention in Lafayette and visiting with her when she returned to Winnsboro in latter years. She always had a ready smile and friendly conversation. My prayers are with you and your family.
