Brenda K. Smith Howze passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 in Maumelle, Arkansas at the age of 57. Brenda was born in Stuttgart, Arkansas on, July 20, 1960 to Richard and Vickie Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Howze of 21 years and her mother Vickie Smith.
Brenda is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Jennifer Neighbors, Lendrick Nelson and their son Peyton Nelson. Her father Richard Smith, sister Stephanie Machen, her children Carly and Sophie Machen and brother David Smith. Her step-children Memorie Smith-Kruse, Jannea Howze-Chaney, Shana Howze, Grace Howze, Mary Howze and all of their children Josi, Jordan, Kaden, Hollie, Gage, Braxton, Audrey, Isaiah, Hinton, and Jackson.
Memorial services will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at The River House located at 140 Riverfront Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas, 72114.

Sending special prayers to Mr. Smith and family, I knew Brenda and am proud to say she was a good friend who will be missed but never forgotten.
Uncle Richard and Stephanie, So sorry to hear of Brenda’s passing. I remember her as a happy, beautiful person that was one of my many wonderful cousins that I grew up with at grandma’s house. Hope you and yours are doing well considering the circumstances.
